Dracunculus Vulgare - Dracula Lily!

£3.25

An abundance of handsome finger-like leaves with narrow lobes are sometimes spotted silver - which just adds to the overall tropical feel of this plant. Despite its appearance, Dracunculus Vulgaris doesn't mind half sun and is very cold hardy. For two to three days during flowering, the Dragon Lily is said to produce a foul odour which is often compared to a very strong seashell smell. However, many of our customers feel this is a minor drawback when gazing upon this truly unique oddity of nature. We'd recommend companion plants, but we're afraid the Dracunculus is a one-of-a-kind showstopper. Top quality bulbs supplied. Flowers May to June. Height 60cm
